Approximately how many raspberries are there in a pound?

I just picked some of my fresh delicious raspberries. I want to use them in a recipe for frozen yogurt and I need a pound. I don’t have a food scale, so I can’t weigh them. Thanks!

    The silly things we do in a kitchen, eh?

    I happened to have some to hand, and there are 30 in 100g, so 135-140 would make up a pound, give or take.
