Fruits?????????????

Even though fruits are healthy, is it possible to gain weight if I eat a lot of it?

    You could gain weight by eating too many sugary fruits like pineaples and grapes but if eating a bunch of strawberries is going to keep you from eating a bag of greasy potato chips, you are better off.
    Also: Eating whole fruits is better than drinking fruit juice because the only differenc between a fruit and it’s juice is that juice has no fiber. So fruits have healthy fiber as well as vitamins and minerals (and sugar)

    No , but u would get the urgency to go to the toilet if you eat too much fruits , so control yourself from eating too much !

    Fruits have sugar(fructose) in them. You should eat the right portions and you’ll be fine.

    yes you can gain a weight… because it is a lot of genetic prioducts used for beuty and fast ripeness

    Too much of anything is never a good thing.
    Only eat fruits in moderation as too much may cause weight gain.

    strawberries its the fruit that only a King and Queen will truley enjoy while sitting on the throne.

    umm i don’t really think so… actually it depends on the type of fruits you eat. i’ve heard that bananas can cause weight gain.
