I’m looking for a healthy fruit snack recipe that is handheld and quick to make (1hr or under). Thank you

    I have found that anything you eat with your hands gives you no nutrition at all.
    Th get the best out of any food it musy be eaten with your mouth, preferably with some chewing involved.

    Cereal of Choice or Granola

    My sisters kids… love to take Cinnamon Cherrios & Mix them with various dried fruits for their snacks

    i slice bananas, dip them in honey and roll in crushed grahamcrackers, you can stick a toothpick in them and they are no mess.
    also, apple slices with peanut butter or celery with cheese whiz or peanut butter or cream cheese
    pickles and cheese

    Prep Time:10 min
    Start to Finish:10 min

    (makes:8 servings)

    2 cups low-fat granola
    2 medium unpeeled apples, cut into chunks
    2 small bananas, cut into chunks
    1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
    1 cup Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free yogurt (any fruit flavor)

    1. Place granola in shallow bowl. Insert toothpick into each piece of fruit.
    2. To serve, dip fruit into yogurt, coating all sides. Roll in granola, coating completely.
