Smoothie Yogurt Mix – The Healthier Drink
Smoothies are beverages that are generally made from mixing fruits with yogurt, with some added flavor and nutrient enhancers. The great thing about smoothies is that there are no rules when making your own, and adding which ever fruits that you like best is the most fun part of creating new fruit smoothie creations!
Here is one of my favorite summer time smoothie recipes:
11/4 cups apple juice
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 whole banana
Puree all ingredients in blender.
Put all of the ingredients except for the yogurt into the blender and mix until smooth .
Add yogurt and blend again until all of the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
