Isn’t fruit juice concentrate made from fruit juice? So how come my packet of apple juice list of ingredients says “apple juice, apple juice concentrate”? if the juice is dehydrated and water is added back again, does its nutritrient value decrease? IF it doesn’t decrease then come people prefer fresh juice? stijn.declercq
