Cop spots burglary suspect eating fruit
Police said a burglary suspect showed no shame leaving a crime scene of Friday and even grabbed a banana on the way out.

i would like to increase my fruit intake but do not have the time to eat as many servings as i would like. if i drank orange juice with pulp (nonartificial), would it give me the same benefits as eating an orange? how about drinking apple juice vs. eating an apple?
