It is highly suggested that a person should take about 5 fruits a day and this can definitely keep them healthy and risk-free. Some of the fruits that are truly rich in vitamins and other nutrients are apples, bananas, oranges, mangoes and blueberries. These fruits are loved by adults and kids alike because aside from giving nutrition, these fruits taste really good.</p>

<p>Fresh fruits and vegetables have many health benefits. They provide our bodies with vitamins and minerals that we need for energy each day. Fruits and vegetables also help our digestive system by giving us some needed hydration and roughage. They can help improve our mood and help us fight off disease.</p>
<p>Fruits and vegetables have many benefits that all to often are underestimated by people today. That is why the US Government recommends that we have a minimum of 3 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.</p>

<p>My boyfriend and his mother have been trying hard to cut down weight. They have therefore been dieting repeatedly. They will be going to Weight Watchers for almost their millionth time.</p>
<p>As a show of solidarity, I offered myself as the right person who could help them get rid of the candy that they had in stocks. I would take away all those cookies that they had kept on clinging to. You can understand why they are all so big. The stuff was too much for me to finish.</p>
<p>As his girlfriend, I would really want him to succeed in loosing some weight, along with his mother. I keep airing some suggestions but sometimes, with the mother it may feel as if they are hitting a wall and falling to the ground. They however managed to make up their minds on fruits as snacks.</p>
<p>Regardless of what people may think, fruit has more benefits than wrapped junk food. First of all, fruit tastes fresh and better. Secondly, I have come to discover that fruit will give me a break on my pockets. It costs much less than a candy bar.</p>
<p>You should carry fruits with you whenever you live your house.</p>
<p>Fruits can be dried and their flavors retained for later use. Others can be blended into juice and frozen for drink on a hot day. It is wise to buy the fruits in small quantities that we know we can finish by a certain period.</p>

Although these same fruits have been around since the beginning time, many are turning to them to ease gout pain, improve eyesight and even enjoy a healthier heart naturally.</p>
<p>The super fruit fascination started back in 2004 when a book was published explaining the natural health benefits of the fruits categorized<span id="more-2363"></span> under this term. The term of super fruit refers to the antioxidant capacity of the underlying fruit. In addition to the antioxidant value, the fruits on this list also offer natural health benefits and taste good.</p>
<p>So for a fruit to be included on this list it must meet three criteria:</p>
<p>o	High in antioxidants<br />
<br />o	Offering natural health benefits<br />
<br />o	An appealing taste</p>
<p>One area of importance to many seeking natural health remedies is the fruit&#8217;s ability to offer a natural health benefit. (reduce joint pain, improve eye sight, etc.). Also, since many fruits offer similar compounds (vitamins and minerals) the health benefits of the underlying super fruit may not be attributed to just one compound.
