What Do We Call The Fruits That Are Removed From The Plant/tree In The Thinning Treatment?

I’ve seen the expressions “leftover fruits” and “thinned fruits” but, within the contexts I saw them, I understand they mean the “fruits which remain on the tree or plant”. I would like to know how to refer to the fruits that are removed from the trees and are usually discarded.
