What Does Eating Only Fresh Fruit And Raw Veggies For One Week Do To Your Body?
I saw something on tv about a woman that was advised by her doctor to eat only fresh fruit and raw veggies for one week, but I missed why and the effects it has. I did a search but I can’t seem to find anything about it….

It is extremely beneficial for the body and all animals eat that way– raw. See this site for stories of people doing this for a while except they eat 15% cooked healthy food at the end of the day as a reward for eat all raw (85%). This is easier than no cooked food. Then go to home page and read about the guy who has only eaten fruit for over a year and see a picture of him– fruitarian (he is a body builder). It will probably make you a bit healthier, more able to pass stool and give you lots of vitamins and minerals to boot. It’s not a good idea to continue that kind of a diet though…your body requires many other things to stay healthy!

well, if you have sensitive skin you will probbally break out with acne.
you will probbally be very energised tho because if your eating 50% of each, you will have alot of sugar in your system and that is the reasonyou may get an acne breakout along with the fact that if you suddenly change your diet your body may react in strange ways.
it might not be the healthiest thing to do uneless you pick vegetables and fruits to get most nutrients. if i was going to do it i would also eat boiled or scrambled eggs during the day to make sure i get protein and enzymes

Let’s just say constipation will no longer be an issue. For further info, search “Raw foods + juicing + detox or cleansing” or read anything by Paavo Airola, and others, ie Jethro Kloss, The Hypocrites Institute etc.

It gives your body some of the nutrient it needs, but you still need to eat chicken or beef for proteins…

Well, it’ll definitely cleanse your body of intoxins.
You should NOT do this longer than a couple of days, though. You don’t want your body to go into starvation mode.
